Contributors should send a copy of all materials
submitted for publication to each of the Chief Co-Editors:

You will receive same-day acknowledgement of receipt
of your materials. A decision on publication will be made within two
weeks of that receipt being issued.
Material submitted to PEHW will be reviewed by the relevant area
co-ordinator plus one further reviewer. The material, along with
a recommendation by the co-ordinator and reviewer will then go to
the Editorial Board for review and final decision.
In cases of appeal, the material, recommendation
of the co-ordinator and reviewer, and a report from the editorial
board will be examined by the Chief Editors for adjudication. The
decision of the Chief Editors will be final.
All authors must download the Agreement to Publish form, complete the relevant sections, and FAX the form to Dr Robert Fisher on +44 870 0560055.
Upon receipt, PEHW will counter sign the Agreement to Publish form and fax the completed document to you. A return fax number must therefore be provided. No material will be accepted for publication which does not have a completed Agreement to Publish form.
Information submitted to http://www.wickedness.net will only be used to assist in the provision of more relevant and efficient services to authors, editors, and researchers.
